If you are busy running your business, you may not have time to keep up with the technical details or how to fix your site if something goes wrong. Technical support is the perfect task to outsource, freeing up your time and energy for more important tasks — like making money!
I have been working with websites since 1997 and will put my expertise to work for you. I offer WordPress support packages and À la carte support services.
WordPress support packages
In addition to website consulting and technical help, I offer specialized WordPress services to help you build and run your website:
- WordPress Installations: Do you want a WordPress website or to add a blog to your existing HTML site but don’t know how to get started? I install WordPress, themes, and plugins for you on your web host. Package price includes the Genesis framework and a child theme. Find out more.
- Custom Web Forms: Sometimes you need more than basic contact forms for gathering information from leads and clients or taking specialty orders. I write and program complex forms customized for your exact needs using the premiere WordPress forms plugin, Gravity Forms. Prices start at $35. Yearly plugin subscription is $35 (includes all premium add-ons).
- WordPress Maintenance: Updates and backups are essential to protect your site. Package includes weekly or daily updates, scheduled backups, malware scans, spam removal, and more. All backups are stored offsite in a secure location. Subscriptions start at $50 per month.
- Tech Support and Consulting: Do you need a webmaster? Tech support and consulting retainer packages are available. Please contact me for a custom quote.
Site Transfers
Don’t leave your valuable website content stuck on an old website or proprietary website builder such as Wix, Weebly, or SBI. Let me and my team move your content to WordPress. Site transfers are available as part of a web design project or as a standalone service.

Site move services include installing WordPress, importing and reformatting content, removing proprietary or outdated code, changing domains, launching the new site, redirecting traffic from your old site, and much more.
À la carte Website Support
Minimum project is $75
- Install logo** – $75
(includes CSS if the image size is different than the size set in the theme) - Genesis Framework plus child theme installation* – $75
- DNS changes – $75
- DNS setup for Google Apps email – $75
- WordPress installation package – $125
* Genesis Framework and child theme selected from the StudioPress themes page included in price. Any other 3rd party themes must be purchased and provided by client.

Development website setup – $150
I transfer your live WordPress website to a development environment on your hosting server. Temporary use of my VPS hosting server is available for an additional $25 per month. Theme customization is not included.
- Configure domain and DNS
- Create database
- Transfer WordPress site files to development server
- Configure site with temporary URL
WordPress dev site launch – $150 and up
I move your WordPress development site to a live server then test to make sure your website is working the same as the development site. Pricing depends on site size, development setup, domain configuration, and the number of 301 redirects required.
- Review dev site for hidden problems
- Configure domain and DNS
- Create database on live server
- Transfer database and content from WordPress development site to live server
- Remove temporary URLs
- Create 301 redirects
- Test live site to make sure it functions the same as the dev site
If there are hidden issues that need to be repaired, I will contact you before transferring the site. If you don’t want to make the necessary fixes yourself, I offer technical support for repairs at my current hourly rate.
Genesis child theme setup package – $350
I recreate the child theme demo on your hosting, then add your colors, logo, and slider images.
- Includes secure WordPress installation
- Install Genesis Framework and the child theme of your choice*
- Set up theme demo files and plugins
- Set up homepage and sidebar to match theme demo
- Create color scheme to match your business colors (or color scheme of your choice)
- Change the site name and tagline in the header or upload a logo you provide**
- Add 5 slider images you provide**
- Install and configure 3 additional plugins of your choice
