How to Login to cPanel

Finding your cPanel Login Info

When you purchase hosting, you receive a username and password to access your account. However, many hosts, such as SiteGround or InMotion, use an alternate login for cPanel for security reasons.

The cPanel login credentials are usually found in a Welcome or Getting Started email. The login may also be listed as the FTP username and password.

Accessing cPanel

There are two ways to access cPanel:

1. Type your domain name followed by /cpanel into a browser. For example, http://yoursite.com/cpanel
   
2. Login to your hosting account, then click the cPanel link:
   • SiteGround: Click Account > Go to cPanel
   • InMotion: Login to AMP. Click the cPanel icon
